M. Dal Canton – Trattamento laser vascolare transcutaneo delle telangiectasie degli arti inferiori.
- Come si può effettuare correttamente un trattamento laser vascolare trans-cutaneo di questo comune inestetismo degli arti inferiori?
Avendo precedentemente escluso, con gli opportuni esami ,ed avendo eventualmente corretto eventuali insufficienze e reflussi nei tronchi venosi più ampi, il gold standard per il trattamento delle dilatazioni vascolari cutanee superficiali dell’arto inferiore è oggi la moderna terapia sclerosante.
Essa mira ad ottenere un delicato e graduale processo di sclerosi dei vasi sanguini superficiali e dei loro collettori emulgenti, con apposita soluzione e specifiche tecniche iniettive.
Una volta ottenuta la riduzione della visibilità della maggiore parte delle telangectasie (capillari dilatati) , i laser vascolari hanno la possibilità di perfezionare ed ottimizzare i risultati della terapia sclerosante, laddove questa non è risultata sufficientemente precisa o dove risulta poco adatta.
I laser vascolari trovano indicazione anche quando la scleroterapia non è indicata o è controindicata o difficilmente praticabile.
Rispetto al trattamenti dei difetti vascolari della pelle del viso, il trattamento laser vascolare dell’arto inferiore presente difficoltà tecniche maggiori, che richiedono conoscenza della fisica della interazione laser- pelle ed una particolare precisione di esecuzione.

- How can a trans-cutaneous vascular laser treatment of this common blemish of the lower limbs be carried out correctly?
Having previously excluded, with the appropriate examinations, and having possibly corrected any insufficiencies and refluxes in the largest venous trunks, the gold standard for the treatment of superficial 
cutaneous vascular dilations of the lower limb is today modern sclerosing therapy. It aims to obtain a delicate and gradual sclerosis process of the superficial blood vessels and their emulsing collectors, with a special solution and specifications of injection techniques.

Vascular lasers are also indicated when sclerotherapy is not indicated or is contraindicated or difficult to work.
Compared to the treatment of vascular defects of the skin of the face, the vascular laser treatment of the lower limb presents greater technical difficulties, which require knowledge of the physics of laser-skin interaction and a particular precision of execution.
